Mary and I are intolerant to gluten, a protein found in wheat and some other grains. Our case is mild, but some people are gluten-intolerant to the point that ingesting even small amounts of gluten-containing grains can become life-threatening. This life-threatening condition is called Celiac's disease. Here is a simple quiz. Can you tell which of the following food items are made with wheat? Note: there are no trick questions here. It should be obvious whether each food is made with wheat or not.
