Plus 1/2: very centers (or lead centers) Extend between the outsides; trailing centers Extend to each other
Plus 1: very centers (or lead centers) Extend between the outsides and turn back to the left; trailing centers Extend to each other
Plus 1-1/2: Plus 1, then remaining center Extend right to a spot in the center of the line
Plus 2: Plus 1, then remaining center Extend right to a spot in the center of the line and turn back to the right
